His background spans management consulting and business events, and he is active in London’s longevity community, where he co-created the Longevity Salon series.

Nataliya is a CNM-trained natural chef who turns GEEK’s nutrition principles into food people genuinely want to eat.
She combines culinary instinct with a rigorous approach to ingredients, translating nutrient-dense, metabolically balanced formulations into food that delivers on flavour and satisfaction.
