Dr Ash Bhandari
Medical doctor
Dr Ash Bhandari is a medical doctor specialising in longevity and preventive medicine, with a focus on extending healthspan through evidence-based nutrition, lifestyle and personalised interventions. His work spans metabolic health, biomarker analysis, cardiovascular risk and cognitive performance.
He holds an MBBS from Barts and The London School of Medicine and a BSc in Medical Physiology with Neuroscience.
Olga Hamilton
Clinical nutritionist
Olga Hamilton is a clinical nutritionist and functional medicine practitioner specialising in personalised nutrition, gut health and nutrigenetics. She holds an MSc in Nutritional Medicine from the University of Surrey.
Her work combines nutrition science, biomarker analysis and genetics to develop personalised strategies for health and performance. Olga is a BANT member and CNHC-registered practitioner.
Antonia Schultze-Mosgau
Longevity entrepreneur
Antonia Schultze-Mosgau is a longevity entrepreneur with a background in cognitive neuroscience, behavioural economics and experimental psychology. Her work focuses on translating longevity science into practical applications for health and healthy ageing.
She is a Scientific Advisor to the Oxford Society of Ageing and Longevity and has studied at the University of Mannheim, University of Oxford, UC Berkeley and University of Cambridge.
